Hussle Vision Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Hussle Vision website, our services, and our SMS messaging program. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of husslevision.com, services offered by Hussle Vision ("Hussle Vision," "we," "us," or "our"), and our SMS messaging program.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase our services. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS marketing messages.

A separate signed service agreement, proposal, or order form may establish additional terms. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement controls for the applicable services, subject to applicable law and your communication consent preferences.

2. Description of Services

Hussle Vision provides digital marketing and related business services, which may include:

  • Website design and development.
  • Branding, logo design, and graphic design.
  • Marketing automation and workflow setup.
  • Customer relationship management system setup and support.
  • Lead capture forms and appointment scheduling systems.
  • Email and SMS communication system configuration.
  • Related consulting, implementation, and ongoing support.

We may use GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms to deliver these services.

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, support, and ongoing obligations will be described in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact, billing, and business information.
  • Supply materials, approvals, and authorized account access reasonably necessary for your project.
  • Protect your account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Obtain permission to use any content, trademarks, customer information, or other materials you provide.
  • Review and approve deliverables for accuracy before publication or use.
  • Comply with laws and platform requirements applicable to your business and communications.

If you use systems we configure to contact your customers, you are responsible for establishing appropriate legal grounds for those communications, documenting required consent, and honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Send spam, unlawful messages, or communications without required consent.
  • Use purchased, rented, or improperly obtained contact lists for messaging.
  • Engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive marketing.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
  • Disrupt service operation or circumvent security controls.
  • Violate applicable laws, carrier rules, or third-party platform policies.

We may restrict or suspend affected services when reasonably necessary to address prohibited activity, security risks, or legal requirements.

5. Fees, Payments, and Project Changes

Fees, payment schedules, and any recurring charges will be disclosed before purchase in the applicable proposal, checkout page, or service agreement.

Recurring billing requires your authorization. Renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be disclosed for the applicable service.

Changes to an agreed project scope may require additional fees and revised timelines. We will obtain agreement before performing work that incurs additional charges.

Delays in receiving payment, materials, access, or approvals may affect project schedules. Refunds, cancellations, and termination rights are governed by the applicable service agreement and any mandatory legal rights.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name and Description

The Hussle Vision SMS Messaging Program provides communications related to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support, and service or project updates.

If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send offers and information about Hussle Vision services. We send messages only within the scope of the consent you provide.

Consent to Receive Messages

We obtain appropriate consent before sending SMS messages. Providing a telephone number or accepting these Terms does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.

Where consent is collected through online checkboxes, those checkboxes are optional and are not preselected. Consent for marketing messages is collected separately from consent for informational or transactional messages.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. You must provide a telephone number you are authorized to use and notify us if your number changes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, appointments, service activity, and the messaging program you join. Any more specific frequency disclosed when you opt in applies to that program.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for information about your text messaging and data plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message. We also honor other clear requests to stop receiving messages.

After your request, we may send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages under the opted-out program unless you provide new consent.

If you wish to rejoin, complete the original opt-in process again or another consent process we make available.

You may also request assistance with opting out by emailing husslevisiona@gmail.com.

HELP Instructions

If you need help, reply HELP to a message from us or email husslevisiona@gmail.com.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control.

Privacy

Your use of our SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their independent use. Service providers may process this information solely on our behalf to operate and support our messaging program and fulfill applicable compliance obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Hussle Vision or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization, except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be established in your service agreement. Preexisting tools, methods, templates, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may depend on GoHighLevel and other providers of hosting, payment processing, communications, scheduling, analytics, or related technology. Your direct use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, fees, and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee third-party platform availability, continued features, account approval, carrier approval, or uninterrupted operation. Responsibility for subscriptions, account ownership, and related costs will be described in your service agreement.

9. Disclaimers

We will provide services according to the applicable service agreement. Except for express commitments in that agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversions, search rankings, advertising performance, A2P registration approval, or other business results.

Information on our website is general business information and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hussle Vision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.

For claims relating to paid services, our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to Hussle Vision for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate website access or affected services for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or security threats.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve a violation before terminating services. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.

Payment obligations, delivery of completed work, account access, and transition assistance are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Terms concerning intellectual property, outstanding payments, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability survive termination where applicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not deprive you of protections provided by mandatory laws applicable to you.

Please first contact husslevisiona@gmail.com regarding any dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. Unless a separate enforceable agreement provides otherwise, jurisdiction and venue will be determined under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law or an existing agreement. Changes will not retroactively alter agreed project terms or expand the scope of your SMS consent. Continued website use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. General Provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, constitute the agreement governing the matters they address.
