Hussle Vision Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 19, 2026
Hussle Vision ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information when you visit husslevision.com, submit information through our forms, book an appointment, use our services, or communicate with us, including through SMS text messaging.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and other contact details you provide.
- Inquiry and service information: Information submitted through contact forms, appointment bookings, surveys, service requests, and communications about your business or marketing needs.
- Communication records: Emails, text messages, chat conversations, support requests, and related communication history.
- Consent records: Your communication preferences, SMS opt-in and opt-out status, and records documenting when and how consent was obtained.
- Transaction information: Billing details, purchased services, payment status, and related records. Payment information submitted through a payment provider is handled under that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions with our website.
We collect information directly from you and automatically through website technologies, as described below.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- Schedule appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
- Deliver, manage, and support our digital marketing and related services.
- Send project updates, account notices, invoices, and customer support communications.
- Send marketing emails or promotional text messages when you have provided any required consent.
- Maintain records of communication preferences and honor opt-out requests.
- Understand website usage and improve our website, services, and customer experience.
- Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse.
- Fulfill contractual obligations and comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not use consent to one type of communication as automatic permission to send unrelated marketing messages.
3. SMS & Communications
Opt-In and Consent
Hussle Vision sends SMS messages only after obtaining appropriate consent for the applicable messaging purpose.
You may opt in through a website form, appointment booking form, or another clearly disclosed consent process. Providing your telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. Accepting this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, constitute SMS consent.
Where we collect consent through checkboxes, SMS consent is optional and the checkboxes are not preselected. Marketing consent is collected separately from consent for informational or transactional messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Types of Messages
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Responses to inquiries and customer support requests.
- Service, account, or project updates.
- Promotional offers and information about Hussle Vision services, if you separately opt in to marketing messages.
Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the messaging program you join.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We also honor other clear requests to stop receiving text messages.
After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages will be sent under the opted-out program unless you provide new consent.
You may also request removal by emailing husslevisiona@gmail.com.
Help and Support
Reply HELP to a message for assistance, or email husslevisiona@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop essential communications about services you requested or purchased.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need information to perform authorized responsibilities. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Third-Party Services
We use GoHighLevel, also known as HighLevel, to support customer relationship management, forms, appointment scheduling, workflows, and communications.
When GoHighLevel processes personal information that we collect and manage through its platform, it acts as our data processor or service provider, processing that information on our behalf under applicable contractual terms. Hussle Vision remains responsible for determining the purposes of that processing.
GoHighLevel may use authorized subprocessors to support its services. Our use of GoHighLevel does not authorize it or its subprocessors to use SMS consent for their own marketing.

Our website may link to external websites or services. Their independent collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We may retain consent records and limited opt-out information as necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted communications. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it securely, subject to applicable requirements and backup retention processes.
